Note: Most visits can be completed after your intake form is submitted, however to can always chat with your provider if preferrred. You may need to talk with a provider for weight loss visits or episodic concerns that require an assessment.

Receive your prescription, lab requisition, personalized plan of care.

No. We are a private medical service. We are not covered by OHIP and cannot bill OHIP. If you have private insurance, you can check to see if your plan covers private visits with an NP. Health care spending accounts often do cover visits.

You will not be charged for your visit if you are unable to complete visit due to medical concerns or contraindications.
